Title: Heart probs

 Well had an op on Friday, went into have 1 stent put in ended up with another 3 so 6 stents in total now. It is only Sunday & I feel much better today than I have for a long time.
Thanks to the skill of surgeons  had a little prob whilst undergoing procedure but all sorted now  thank God.

Glad that everything went well for you Rosebud and I wish you a quick recovery.  It's amazing what they can do these days to keep the old ticker going. 

Many of my ancestors died relatively young with heart disease and I am always so grateful that I live now when they can solve many heart problems.  I had a pacemaker fitted 5 years ago.

Hope you are feeling better. My brother in law was treated for heart problems last year and now feels much better, more puff and blow! All the best to you.

It really is wonderful what they do. 18 years ago I had 5 heart by-passes the doctor told my wife if  they had not spotted the problem she would have lost me. I get  a bit out of breath now but all is fine. They told me the viens taken from my legs should last 10 years and those from my chest about 15 but who is counting. :icon_cheers:   I am 83 in a few weeks.

Thank you all for kind wishes when I get over this chest infection I am sure I shall feel fine , I think most peeps have had the "bug" of some sort still onwards & upwards just hope we can have some more dry weather not good for me to go out until we do. :wave:
