Title: Storing marrows
Post by: Sherwood on September 12, 2013, 18:49:05
We've let one of our courgettes become a marrow plant. There are currently one big, two medium and one small on it. If we leave the big one on - will it prevent the smaller ones from doing much? We don't want to eat it for about two weeks - if we take it now, should it keep OK in a dry cellar?

Cut it and put it in a dry sunny spot, as much sun as possible to bake the skin... some varieties will keep into the new year..
