:BangHead: :happy7: I attempted to order veg seeds and a special offer package of strawberries from T&M the other day, talk about stressed out.
Firstly, I tried on the phone, 20 mins only to give up because the operator could not id the products. Secondly, via the internet, could not access form.
In the end, I rang customer service to complain, what a difference. Stated what had happen. Total customer satisfaction was this girls motto.
Order given verbally, she new every product and its code number. Also gave discount as compensation and an apology for the stress incurred. This girl was a star, she deserve a pat on the back from management. :angel11:
