How have people found there sweetcorn this year?
We have grown most ours inside due to the cold spring and have had an absolute glut of them, we have just taken of 50 cobs and blanched them, stripped them and now frozen them
Really impressed with them , great taste and big cobs
It does seem a good year for them, ate my first one couple of days back, yummmmm taste. It was a multi coloured one with lovely pastel colours :blob7:
Will be picking some more at the weekend, they may even make it back to the kitchen this time!
