Yesterday my pear tree looked fine, loaded with pears. Today some of the leaves have gone black, this may seem to be a silly question but is it a pear tree disease, or as we had a thunder storm last night, it really looks as if the leaves have been burnt. Poor tree.
The other pear tree, on the adjacent site to mine. that has been there for many years, seems to be OK.
Apple trees seem OK today and so much fruit the branches are on the ground. Hurray for Morrisons (where I bought them 10 years ago), I say.
