Looks either like Bidens or Coreopsis to me. Lovely flowers with plenty still to come by the looks of things. :happy7:

Coreopsis verticillata. Have a look at google images which should confirm it.

I agree with Ed. It's a popular variety, not surprising as it has an RHS AGM -
