We have lots of healthy sweetcorn in the polytunnel, about to produce the male tassels at the top..
Lots of them seem to be leaning over at the top just below the male bit with a noticeable bend.
Anyone wonder why they are doing this? They seem healthy plants and plenty of good light
Try feeding them a weak solution of sildenafil citrate, perhaps.

How high are the plants in relation to the height of the tunnel?
The heat can be very intense in the roof area of a tunnel could this be a reason?
That is the plants don't like it.
This is one reason I won't grow corn under cover.
The plants tend to bend through lack of height,which means that the falling pollen misses the tassels and fails to ripen the kernels!
Plus the fact pollination has to be manual due to lack of wind / breeze to do it naturally
That's all I can think of!!
There is a lot of space left. Proberly just a meter in sum cases. I shall hand pollinate them all I think and give them a good shake. They also near the door.
You would Thini they wouldn't mind heatm have grown them no problem in greenhouses before
