What flower seeds can I sow now to produce plants to sell in early September?

I realise I am short of time! I took over a large community plot this year for adults with learning disabilities in Manchester and was told there would be an open day on September the 8th, so expected a few visitors. I found out this week that it is the Gorton Carnival and they are expceting 3,500!

Thanks for the suggestions. We have three greenhouses so will try three or four sugested plants.
