Post by: good_life_girl on November 17, 2003, 19:53:07
...anymore - but this is what I started with last January! This year I only managed to tame half of it, but I'm part way through digging 4 big beds running the width of the plot. Yesterday managed to dig up 15 blackberry 'crowns' in about 5m sq...
More pictures coming when I next borrow a digital camera - hopefully looking a little less like a battlefield.

Quite a challenge GLG.  Be sure to take lots of photos as you progress. It will be good to look back and see all you have achieved in say a year.  there is nothing like the satisfaction you get during your harvest time - all that work paying off and all those lovely veggies. Best of Luck, busy_lizzie  :D

Thanks guys - this was last January, so hoping to do some piccies a year on when I've finished all my digging and hopefully bodged together some sort of shed! Am very proud that it's all my own work - OH has some sort of 'allergy' to hard work in the garden.
Wish I'd taken some piccies this summer of tomato plants now!
