Following on from my post re info about a part on my Howard to which I got excellent advice, I'm asking for information about the clutch operation.
I've taken the clutch out and am separating the two cones to see if the grease inside needs replacing as per the service schedule. When I put it back together and get it running again, am I right in assuming that when the clutch lever is pulled in, the brake shoe is pressed against the outer cone of the clutch which then stops rotating?
