Yes, she's sadly missed- occasionally come across her great posts when looking in Search and they make me smile.

Mine start when I am digging up Jerusalem artichokes, and remember that she sent me some fat ones a few years ago, alongwith detailed instructions. My daughter has some of them now and they are VAST, as dug up last week.
