Black krim are ray's favourite tomato, lovely flavour :toothy10:
Not grown them varieties but why so many? I have 3 greenhouses but by the time I put in peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and full size tomatoes there is hardly any room left.....
THREE greenhouses? I am so envious. I have only my one titchy one. No wonder I can't fit peppers etc in.
I've got 9 varieties I think chitting away.
why so many kt lol maybe its because i have 8 greenhouses total space is 843 sq ft not counting paths
I'm sorry kt that sounded pretty crass i know lot of people struggle even to get one greenhouse I've been very fortunate in acquiring mine

Got seeds from seed circle. Super purple/brown cherries. Good flavour and good flavour harvested green and ripened on the windowsill. Big plants, lots of tomatoes. Some splitting. Recommended

My mother's fave. Very rich flavour, not the earliest but worth waiting for.

This one is famous because it is a potentially prize winning large tomato. However the name is definitely deserved. Don't know what they taste like at 7 pounds, but at a pound and a half they are definitely delicious, especially in a sunny year. Greenhouse

Black Cherry, most people love this, I find it so so, I've bought seeds from several sources, I just think I don't have the right taste buds for it! It does grow well and produces a super crop of really gorgeous looking cherries.
Snow White, good production and a nice cherry, a bit mild for me, I like a bit more zing.
Stump of the World, I liked this one, very good taste, quite late to ripen the year I grew it.
Lescana, sounds a super tom and I've seeds to grow, not sure I'm going to have room this year though.
Black Krim, great tomato flavour and produces well.
Aunt Ruby's German Green, I love GWR tomatoes and this is a tasty one, again this one can be a bit slow to ripen.
Hillbilly, I didn't get a very good crop when I grew this, not the best of years but I will grow again as, beautiful fruits.

this is a really interesting list - good luck and respect for going further than the round reds.
Have grown Black Krim and black Cherry from your list and they both do well even outside the greenhouse- Black Cherry can be a v tall plant though.
I tend to find that the american heirloom beefsteaks are later than quoted and can be unproductive.
Marizol bratka could be the star of this list if it turns out to be a productive brandywine type that likes the UK.

Hi, I have grown all of these.
Black Cherry, prolofic, good taste. would grow again
Srump of the world, again would grow again
Snow white, seeds may have been from me as I think I sent a lot to the seed circle, very mild, suits folks who don't want a tangy tom
Black Krim, amother blcak, would grow but I have better ones
Hilly a regular here, supoer taste, but not so productice as some
Big Zak, great for growing biggies but lacks flavouir as a tomato, also there are some duds out there as Big Zac is a hybrid that few folks know what the crossed are so differnt folks get differnt results.
Delicious, again a great one for size but I would not grow it for flavour despite it's name, there are better ones
Lescana, beefsteak with a great taste and not a long season one which many of the good tasting beefsteaks are
Lynwood, small er than Lescana , very good yeild and great flavour
Marizol Brakta, the best of the lot you have picked, hands down,truly oustanding flavour, is mid season again which is good for a Brandywine type, I love this one even withn it;s sometimes green shpoulders.. you will like it I am sure.

most are for eating and saving seed but a few are for my big stuff for shows good luck everyone
Hi good luck with these and report back-not all will do well especially if this cold year carries on but the fun is finding out which are hits.
Black Krim and Black Cherry are both on my regular grow list, Krim I've found to be very early if grown in doors, and it will crop OK outside. It's a decent but not massive beefsteaky type (but not a true beefsteak) and it is superb grilled. Black Cerry I like as it's flavour is more tomatoey and less sweet than some cherries, if that makes sense... crops well and is generally pretty well behaved (compared to Sungold which is a thug of a plant with easily split fruit)
