Title: Primroses in January!!!!!!

I couldn't believe my eyes when in amonst the snowdrops was a very strong looking primrose in flower, which must have been flowering since the end of January! This, depsite all the snow we had not long had. Anyone else got anything surprising growing?

All my daffs have large flower buds on.

I have one solo narsissi in flower - looks a little sad on its own..

I noticed today that the first girl thingy willow is out. Snowdrops are flowering, and the narcissi are budding.

Daffs are out, snowdrops, primroses, crocuses, and it's cold as charity here. Best looked at through the window.

I noticed some Hazel catkins this morning and yesterday some p ussy willows, not yellow flowering but the pretty white fluffy stage. We've had Daffs out since December, not en masse but a steady trickly of blooms. A few cowslips but no yellow primroses yet although the hybrid sort are all in flower.
