Title: Salanova lettuces..something new, well new to me
Post by: Jeannine on January 02, 2013, 02:36:23
Are these available over there in the UK.

They have just showed up in one of my seed catalogues as brand spanking new and I am tempted.

A new concept in lettuce it seems.

One cut accross the base and the lettuce falls into many little leaves, ideal for baby greens. There are apparently many strains available, cos, lolla, oakleaf etc etc and all different colours. It saves picking lots of leaves.

Interesting I thought...any thoughts
