Any ideas for (preferably quick and easy) recipes for frozen raspberries?

Buy a box of ready-made supermarket individual meringues, swirl or pipe a dollop of whipped cream over them, add some defrosted (or nearly so) raspberries, dust with caster or icing sugar and drizzle with some melted chocolate. This is literally made in minutes, can be made ahead of time - and is yummy!

These meringues are a good store-cupboard fall-back and I always have frozen raspberries from the garden - and if I don't happen to have cream then I use creme fraiche which I always have in the fridge.

Cranachan is pretty quick and easy.

You can also do summer pudding, trifle, creme brûlée but they're a bit more labour intensive. or serve a raspberry coulis with cake/tart/ice-cream.

Easy peasy, use as ice cubes in your seasonal sloe gin!   :blob7:
