Turkeys are all nearly up to weight, did not estimate how much feed I needed and will have some finisher left. Any one know if I can feed it to other poultry - quails, runner ducks, call ducks or laying hens? Any advice greatly appreciated :coffee2:
Sure you can..BUT...if it has more of 'growers meal' nutrion ratio it might slow down laying hen's perfomance if fed as only food at the time.
I would mix it with layers pellets so it gets blended and that way it will be fine....or with other birds feeds too..it basically more and less same stuff anyway with other feeds, just some added 'extras' for the turkey.
Just what I thought, will have some plump ducks ready to start laying ! " xWaste not want not"
