Title: Peas, onions and Carrots
Post by: Justy on March 06, 2005, 12:53:55
Such a beautiful day  ;D  I want to get down the lottie and be productive.  Do you think it will be ok to plant peas, onions and carrots?  I have small polytunnel cloche things to go over them.

Also I am planting into beds that are about 4ft wide.  Would you go across the bed in lots of short rows or down the bed in long rows (I will be putting more than one crop in a bed).

If you have a cloch, get it in position now. Leave it a week or more to warm up and dry the soil a bit. Sow your seeds then replace the cloch.
