My elderly neighbour is having problems with this.It's just appeared (or so he tells me )
This window pops up and blocks getting on line.
I googled the problem and did the suggested reset which didn't work.
I'm not very good with techie stuff as my previous posts on the subject tell.
Any simple suggestions ? I try to help him as he loves his computer ,fortunately he has a laptop as well so is able to skype on that.I've trawled google and found some complicated answers so thought I'd ask here as I've had such good advice in the past. :toothy10:
