Title: How Did It Get There?!
Post by: katynewbie on September 25, 2012, 08:53:24
This wee beastie is tucked in between the polycarb panel on the GH this morning. Not on the outside or the inside...but INSIDE!! How on earth did it manage? Clever though, cos I can't get it out!  :BangHead:

Certainly an earwig, when i was building my greenhouse(polycarbonate),i left a few panels on the grass whilst i went for lunch, when i came back, there were 20 or 30 of them inside the panels,i just held them upright tapped them gently onto a hard surface and the earwigs came out,i still get them even though they have strips of hard plastic over each end of the panel,i don't think that they cause any problems.

Solitary bees too found the polycarconate insides a real home from home this year. It just shows how resourceful and resiliant insects are.

Some say when the age of the mammals is over insects will take over the world. While others say the already have. :icon_bounce:

I think they took it over way back when the coal measures were being formed, and they haven't handed it over since.
