I made a lovely tomato and basil soup which I froze in single portions.

Soup sounds great, I'll try and give it a go at the weekend  :)
Blog looks good too. Going on the shape of the tomato in the first picture it looks very much like Berry F1. Still worth saving seeds if you fancy them, you may get some variations from the mother plant but this can be quite fun and with an f2 you will still have some hybrid vigour.  If they continue to look and taste good nothing to stop you saving seeds each year from your favourite plant until it stabilises -  voilĂ , your own tomato variety.
