Title: Gem squash
Post by: Poolcue on August 23, 2012, 20:47:41
Harvested my first from the allotment today and cooked it this evening.
A very pleasant surprise.
Boiled it for 8 minutes and mixed it with butter, salt and pepper,I can see why the South african's love it.
Without the seed circles, swaps etc it is something that I would never have tried.
Thanks A4E
