Happy birthday! :)
Happy Birthday carol- hope you've had a good one!
Thanks for your good wishes. I have had a miserable day. I haven't had a nights sleep in 6 weeks and it is telling now. Diagnosed with Carpal tunnel syndrome last week. It is so sore. Also, I have a family who don't seem to bother about birthdays so got an IOU from all six of them. I would have lvoed a bunch of flowers or a box of choccies. Think I will just go out and buy myserlf that tomorrow. OH got me something technical. Things can only get better I suppose. I am not usually a miserable so and so but birthdays do depress me somewhat because the lack of thought in my family. I go out of my way to please and remember everyones birthday. Moan over....
:( :( :( :(
Oh Carol, that's so sad. You should definitely go out and treat yourself tomorrow- and tell your family, or at least your OH that you want a proper birthday next year! Or better still, send them all IOU's and see how they react!I do hope you get some relief from the CTS soon, too xx
Hope you'll have a really good night, Do treat yourself tomorrow to just the right present and enjoy it. What are they going to do about your carpal tunnel? Hope that can be solved fast. I hear the op only takes minutes and brings fast relief.
Well - happy Birthday anyway (somewhat late in the day) - and very best wishes for a much easier, painfree time soon.

Tsk, not again! >:( Well, you know what to do when their b'days come around! I was hoping you'd had at least one delivery of flowers... ??? :-\
My FIL had both of his wrists operated on late last year as he had CTS and it's a really quick little op but there are restrictions of use afterwards such as no driving, etc. He's more than happy with the results though.
Happy Birthday from us and a big hug to make you cheer you up
Just as miserable today, if not worse, another bad night and feeling sick and just plain knackered. Went back to my GP and asked to be referred to a specialist. I am prepared to pay out of my late mothers savings to get some relief. MY GP is not sure it is CPS but hopefully the consultant Rheumatoligist will give me some more test to find out what is causing all this msiery.
A happy tear came to my eyes when a lovely person on here sent me flowers. A4A comes up trumps again. I received a lovely bag (canvas) of flowers tonight at 7pm. You realise that someone out there does like you and it never fails to amaze me how a perfect stranger can be so kind. I know we talk on line etc. but have never met face to face. these flowers have been much appreciated and came at just the right time. You know who you are Sam. thank you so much you are a darling. X :D :D
Post Birthday hug from me too :)
Hope you get to see the specialist very soon.
