I'm trying to get paralympic tickets for my boys because we went to the olympics and enjoyed looking around the park almost as much as seeing the events.
I notice that although other venues/events in the olympic park say includes day pass to olympic park the ones for the aquatic centre and the stadium/athletics miss out these words. So I'm hoping someone who has been can answer the question Do the aquatic centre/athletics tickets include a day pass to the park?.
Though I don't see how they can't but I guess it's possible that when you leave they herd you out another exit straight out of the park.
Kea I don't think tickets for any of the venues actually in the Olympic Park come with an all day pass - you'd need to buy that separately (although ExCel tickets do). Realistically though I'm sure McDonalds would appreciate you wandering around in the common domain after your event ;) and I can't see how anyone could stop you. Good luck getting tickets.
Yes copper box, velodrome, basketball arena tickets all come with a daypass to the olympic park as I went to the handball in the copperbox and spent the rest of the day in the olympic park. It also says on the listing 'includes day pass to the olympic park' however it doesn't say this on the athletics tickets or the swimming even though both venues are well inside the olympic park.
There were millions of people in the park on the day we went and the majority had been or were going to events.
We did the athletics and there was no apparent way that you could segregate the stadium from the rest of the park; we strolled up to the velodrome area through the various shops, etc after our event finished. So I would imagine you will have full access to the grounds.
Enjoy it - the atmosphere in the stadium is great.

I've worked out what they mean now, some of the tickets at the paralysis let you into your event and let you into other events if there is space.
