Title: Broccoli
Post by: Han on August 03, 2012, 19:22:05
I have now 40 young plants growing from seed (4 inches high) sprouting broccoli, green and purple, standing in a row. What is the distance from each other when I put them in their final postion? Do I need to cover them with a birdnet?

I'd go 18 inches apart and definately cover with netting or they will be gone the next day!!

Birdnet definitely, butterfly net good idea. otherwise it is necessary to check thoroughly for eggs or caterpillers every couple of day.
