Title: Fruit trees I planted
Post by: Borlotti on August 03, 2012, 17:35:22
Planted these trees 9 years ago, when I first got the lovely allotment.  The pear seems OK, and the Bramley apple and first year Cox's apple doing OK.  Plum has given up this year.  Runner beans doing OK with sweet peas for colour and also the green broccoli.  Blackberry and apple crumble tonight as one of the cooking apples fell off the tree, last year it was covered with apples, but did prune it so having a bit of a rest this year. Looks all okay!

Pears overhere are doing better than last year (less wasps).
Bramley apples are still quite small.
Amount of plums are half of last year
