Title: Well Heres the result of a hard afternoon in front of the stove

We use a really big curry pan so can boil the jam really hard quickly

My OH won't let me use blackcurrants for jam. I have to freeze them and make into puddings. ::)

Oooh I loooooove homemade jam.  I made a batch of strawberry jam the other day with strawberries I had frozen from July
