Title: Problem with Allotments for all on Android
Post by: RenishawPhil on July 17, 2012, 08:41:07
I often use this forum on my phone

i save my password/username as you would normally on laptop etc

However when it comes back to logging on again, where its saved the password, it ALWAYS says the password is incorrect, yet i know its correct even when copied and pasted its still incorrect.  So i then have to type it in again

Is this something to do with logging in via Android?, any help appreciated

Clear your browser's saved passwords (assuming you have ICS, go to Internet, click the left hand menu button, then Settings>Privacy & security and Clear Passwords at the bottom).

Then re-enter your user name and password MANUALLY.  Don't copy and paste - you could easily be copying a space or similar error.  Preferably turn off T9 if you can, and check that you're entering both the user name and password in the correct case, with no spaces inserted before or after.
