Title: Bently lettuce

Does anyone know anything about this one..it is in a mix and would like some info.

Sorry I've not heard of this one. But Galina's pretty hot on lettuce, hopefully she will see the thread  :)

Have seen the post, and checked including different spellings and nothing found here either. 


The only thing found was a special way of preparing a salad called 'Bently'.  Here is the recipe:

'Bently

Our signature blend of hearthstone baked ham roasted turkey and italian provolone enhances our lettuce mix chopped eggs and tomatoes.'

This is from 'Huntingdon valley salad works', a restaurant.  Unfortunately it doesn't say which variety of lettuce they use for the dish.

Thanks Galina, funnily enough I know the recipe maybe there is some connection..

It is part of a mixed lettuce packet from T&M so maybe I will e mail them.
