Title: Thyme and Chocolate Honey Sponge No4

A novel tasty dessert
Favourite herb ingredients.
Delicious and tasty.
The herbal flavours of Thyme and Chocolate leads to a very interesting taste experience

*6 tablespoons of Honey
*40g[1.5oz] of softened butter
*50g [2.0oz] of selfraising Flour
*level teaspoon of Baking Powder
* beaten egg
*50g[2oz] sultanas soaked in Fresh Orange Juice
*150g dark chocolate
*1 tablespoonof Broad leaved Thyme chopped
*4 lightly buttered raaaamekins/small dishes pudding type
*greek yoghurt

In a Large bowl beat 2 tablespoons of Honey into the butter.
Then add the Flour and Baking Powder.
Stir in the chopped Thyme..egg...sultanas...half the grated chocolate and 1-2 tablespoons of the Orange Juice to give a soft consistency.
Put a tablespoon of honey in each ramekin/Pudding dish
and divide the mixture between them.
Cook uncovered for 3 Minutes on High and allow them to stand for 2 Minutes uncovered.
While the puddings are standing .
Melt the remaining chocolate in a small Bowl for 2 Minutes
until soft and mix in 4 Tablespoons of Yoghurt.

Turn the Puddings out and Cap with the Chocolate and Yoghurt Dressing. Serve with extra Yoghurt.
