Post by: claybasket on May 27, 2012, 07:23:45
Hi just back from hols and running about checking everthing,it's the first time i' seen my iris flower had it 5yrs we go away it nearly flowering we come back its withered ,but the weather must have slowed it down and we were in time to see the grand opening of Indian chief iris meant to be rust colour ,it was white? but lovely,my Dahlia had a ants nest in the pot ,I took the plant out the pot washed all the soil of and re potted it ,would the ants damage the plant with root disturbance ,was sad i had to do this, left them to go somewhere else.the Dahlia's looking ok  :)
