Mal, sounds as though there is enough there to build a log cabin. ;) ;D
Definitely far too big and unsightly to be useful; these should not be allowed on an allotment.
In fact, these are such a bad idea that I'm prepared, as a VERY special favour, to remove them from your plot for you - just think of all that space that will be freed up ;) ;) ;)
No? I'd dispose of them properly! Still no? Ah well, worth a try :D
Good one - well done! Gavin
I got a load of this size last year great i thought but couldn't get the nails out, they use what they call ring nails. Hope you have more luck then i did.
they are all sorted and stripped down to useable timber now nails and every thing :) happy days
We are great fans of Pallets and they have been so useful at our lottie. We have built containers for the compost with them and also a hold for the manure. They have edged beds and made pathways, as well as fencing. Fantastic to have got a hold of so many. Lucky you! ;D busy_lizzie
