We would like you all to be involved in helping to name our new feral brothers.
Betty likes her cats to have names that aren't really attributed to cats. So no Tibbys and Felix's or Tiddles please ;D
Just answered this on the other thread,
'Orange' for the dark one
and
'Lemon' for the other. ;)

Oh You are rude ;D
When young Lorna lost her 3 cats in quite a short space of time (2 through old age and one killed by a car) they got a brother and sister from rescue centre. Grandson named them Bonny and Clyde. Bonny is adventurous and scales the 6 ft fence, Clyde is a wimp and sits in the garden calling for Bonny to come back.
What about
Lottie and Spud.
June.
'' Oh'' sorry, I have just realized these are to boy cats. so what about
Digger and spud,
Lol June.
Spicy and Herby..... ;D
Gazza
How about fish and chips or bubble and squeek. :)
I like Bubble and Squeak!!!!
Laurel and Hardy????
I like boys names that are a bit 'old school' for cats, how about Reg, Sid, Arthur, Archie, Fred or Vic? Beware of naming them in 'pairs' though, I have made that mistake twice now and something always happens to one of the pair!
arfa and mo
It has to be Orlando for one, I just loved that book as a child. Orlando the marmalade cat, wish I had kept the book. Not sure about the smaller one.
How about STARSKY & HUTCH. OR BUSH & BOUNDER.
Pepper and Mint, Red and Blue, Rag and Tag, you can see Ive never had a cat ;D
My ginger cat is just like that. We call him.......
Ginger.......
Imagination isn't my strong point.
Nobby and Dick. :)
Sweet and Sour ;D
Ginger and Pickles ;)
Puss and Boots.
They are lovely cats.
Alison x
Erwin and Schrödinger ;D
Fred and Ginger
Marmalade and Jampot
Percy and Toby
Or how about tried and trusted veggie names like Carrots and Parnip..I like these two actually.
Dandelion and Dock
Dickens and Shakespeare or Chaucer
XX Jeannine
Treacle and Spice ?
Before you choose one try calling it out over and over...saves embarrassment later and also finds out if it turns into a tongue twister.
Hi Kea. you are right there ,I had a lovely little cat called Dixie. when I called her in at night I shortened her name to Dix , my sister lived next door but one to me, and one day she said I wish you would call the cat by her full name when you call her in at night, not stand by the back door and call the cat by her shortened name, I will leave you to work it out .
Hope I have not offended anyone with my post , if I have, I am sorry
Lol June.
Whisky and Soda
Mine with ice !!

I think Tigger and Poo :)
Thankyou all for your suggestions. There were some real corkers in there. We have decided to stick with the names that the foster mum gave them Freddie and George.
I just couldn't imagine myself standing outside the shed shouting for Ace and Corny as was suggested by someone on here ;D

When I was in a student house, our cat was inherited from the last renters and her name was ... Fanny.
My flatmate used to delight in standing on the back step hollering "Where's my fanny???"...
Ah memories...
She was a lovely cat though and ended up on a small farm when we all left the house. I dunno if they kept the name!
;D

Reminds me of the time we had a tarantula, that too was called Fanny. My 6 year son took it to school in its glass cage for the 'show and tell' at assembly. When the teacher asked why it was called Fanny he answered 'because my dad says because it is big, black and hairy' ;D.
We were told about this from one of the dinner ladies who said there was a stunned silence around the hall and OK now on to Arthurs ferret, whats his name 'Dick', Toms at home and Harry died. Thank god for that said the teacher. Arthur was not amused.
I like Freddie and George. When we were in Sweden last summer my husband thoroughly confused everyone by insisting on calling their cat George-real name Moses!
I like those names, proper 'boys' names. Our current ginger trio are Archie, Max and Vic, we have had Alf, Gilbert, Fat George, Hobbes and Reg too..... ;D
My missus always wanted a siamese cat, so I got two strays and superglued their heads together.
She hasn't spoken to me since.
;D ;D ;D
Del and Rodney. ;D
