Title: Bonus pink fir apple!

I was widening a bed this weekend, when I discovered lots of pink fir apple potatoes under the path I was digging up! In the end I got about a third of a sackful. They must have grown out a long way sideways during the summer!

Bonus - I thought we'd eaten the last of them a couple of weeks ago  :)
