I am after some ICEBERG LETTUCE seeds but cannot find them anywhere, If any has any going spare i would be most grateful, I am willing to swap for something i have that you may want

Wilkos have Iceberg 2 in their seed range.
'Iceberg' is a name they use to sell a type of lettuce; the varieties involved have other names. They're known to gardeners as the crisphead type, so you want varieties like Webbs Wonderful and All the Year Round.
I know we are sounding a bit mean here but sometimes the price of postage exceeds the value of the seeds for stuff that is commercially available - and if not now, definitely when Royal Mail put their prices RIGHT UP in April.
So it is worth checking ebay for seeds delivered to your door (price of diesel to Wilkos, etc).

Hey this is not mean this is why i asked the question for these responses this is a great help, I saw crispyhead in wilkos but did not realise it was the same thing. So thanks to all for your help and i am sure i be learning off you all again in the future. :)

Hi I just bought a pkt from Aldi 39p they had lot of other seeds all at39p :)
