Hi, just to let you know I am keeping my promise. We planted a clematis yesterday and I have bought and recieved English Bluebells from UK. We are also planting sunflowers ,Rampions and Forget me Nots .
There will be a few more popped in here and there but the Bluebells are specifically for you.
They will go with the Rampions under the grapevine as they do well in the shade.

Aw Jeannine how lovely, and thank you :)
My clematis is about to flower and our bluebell wood behind the house won't be far behind.
We'll have to post photos. :)

My clematis tonight.
There is a sad but lovely story behind it. We inherited it some years ago when our kindly neighbour passed away. Her husband was the vicar in the village, sadly he passed away and we were married by his replacement. She moved away from the village for a couple of years but missed it so much came back and bought the house next to us. The clematis grew over the roof of her tiny extension and it used to "drip" down our side of the garden, much to our pleasure. Her children asked if we would like it when they cleared the garden. It is still in it's original terracotta pot, some 18 inches across and there are actually two different varieties in there the early pink variety and a later big blue one, I think it is a President. There are pieces of stone on the top of the pot that we think came from crumbled stones from the churchyard that she saved and in between an alpine strawberry has self seeded from the pouch I had on the wall last year.
