Did anybody see that last night..? Ahhhh..it made me soooo hungry..all those different buns and breads.
Never seen sourdough baking like it..bread dough was like extra stretchy jelly..once I get my sourdough starter going that is definately something that I'm going to smear all over my kitchen counter.
Olives and herbs bread..mmmm
I've got some wild mushrooms in freezer that would do nicely in sourdough bread too.
I must make some buns soon too..cinnamon bun rolls and strong black coffee... :P :P :P..and I have to remember hide bathroom scales as well.. ::)
Didn't see the programme but will watch on catch up as love home baked bread
Thanks Goodlife ;)

We've been 3 times on the bikes. Once we met a German couple on two BMWs who told us that they'd been every year for 23 years since they'd been married. They'd missed only one year because she was having a baby!
It is the most fabulous biking country that we've ever visited. Tell your other half that until he's ridden the Trollstigen, he hasn't lived.
Unfortunately the direct ferry from Newcastle to Bergen is no more, but you can go to Esbjerg in Denmark and then a short ferry across to Norway.
Fantastic!
