My excel paste special is not bringing up the normal window with all the different options.. Is is only offering to do uni code or text..?

Also when I copy and paste using CTL+V it is not copying the cell format and If I use ENTER to paste it is not working - it just goes down one cell.. I have re-installed office 2003 and no difference.

Can anyone help..

I tried all sorts and finally restored my machine to a few weeks ago and now its fine... strange..
