Please be patient with me, this will be my first attempt at posting a image for the gallery. It was taken last year on a day out in Sidmouth (cant remember what the garden is called, the one at the top of the hill opposite the car park.) Did a little tampering with the image. Hope it posts. ;)

Yes I think so, there was a whole bed of them. Please excuse my lack of knowledge of all things to do with gardening, as quoted on my postings on the basics forum, all this is new to me, I've never even grown a flower before.
But cant wait for the good and bad times ahead on this new hobby.
tis like a piece in a fireworks works display, really does looks awsum...

I understood that the pictures for picture of the month competition has to have been taken in the month of the competition.
