:D :D :D I knew you wouldn't be without a dog for long! He looks gorgeous!
Aww...lovely.. ;D It awfully quiet in house without a dog...I bet it is not anymore.. ;D
What a sweetie! ;D Well done ACE for finding such a lovely little chap. Soooo cute! ;D ;D
oh he is just gorgeous! lucky you (and him)
HEY, he looks a real mans dog even so young, you will have loads of good times.
Lucky dog, Does Mrs Ace train him or you he looks like he would soon get the jist of things . Lovely dog good luck.
Ace, he is so cute. Have fun ;D.
Ace, he is lovely, really glad you have another dog :) :)
Settling nicely, he's seems to be bright, sits 80% of the time when told (with a treat) realised that wimpering at night got him nowhere. Toilet training seems to be going the right direction. I have put a small run outside the back door which he goes out to if the door is open, so a pet trapdoor will help, giving him access when he wants it. He is predictable and being put straight out after eating has saved a few accidents indoors, but that has been on the newspaper which he was trained to before we got him.
I'm having more trouble training the Yeti not to let him up on the sofa, he has a nice beanbag in a travelling kennel that he loves using to kip in, so up on the furniture is out of bounds.
He looks adorable :)
He's a sweetie, and there is no need to feel disloyal to Flynn. It's a testimony to what a fantastic dog he was that you have felt the need to get another dog to love so soon.

Once they are on the sofa there is no going back. It is a discipline thing too, they need to know they are bottom dog.
I use this training principle on MR PKL, with success.
So you are getting to know your new friend Ace. He will soon have you wrapped around his little paw ;D

DOn't know if this is going to work - but if it does this is TAnner!
two more days then walkies. chumley get down, He is a bit to small for the big studded collar ;) so a little harness will be got tomorrow. stop that now, He is learning fast. House trained, sit, stay, comes to a whistle. But all is lost every evening when he wants to sit on mums lap and every command goes in one ear and out the other. Oiy you little sod.
Although I thought it was a good place we got him from, the vet was not impressed by his condition. He is up to scratch now, good job we joined the puppy club at the local pets hospital vets, would have cost me a fortune. Just wait till your mother gets home,
His favourite toy at the moment is an empty fruit shoot bottle that makes a hell of a noise as he chases it around. Where do you think you are going, I will just have to watch him as his teeth get stronger and he can pull it to bits. Chumley, get down!
Is that get down off the sofa?? :-X ;)
My brother has a cocker spaniel puppy. He has had to fix a wooden boards against his sofa as the dog would hide her toys under there and then tear up the carpet and sofa in a bid to get them out. She is always being told to get down off the sofa too.
Oh the joys of having a puppy! They are so loving and cute though that we forgive them whatever mischief they get up to.
Any more photos ACE?
Love to see how Chumley is doing, such a cutie : ) Any recent photos?
