Title: Roses dropping leaves
Post by: davholla on January 18, 2012, 19:18:11
I have an indoor rose plant.  I came back from holiday today and found that it was dropping leaves.
I think that it was overwatered in my absence - any ideas on what to do.

It is a newish present.

you can try repotting it in drier compost, but if it has been overwatered I would not hold out much hope. I t would be better if it had not been watered at this time of year.

But even if the leaves drop off that doesn't mean your plant is going to die.
Maintain the right moisture in the compost and soon new leaves will probably appear.A little feed then will help.
