Title: Setton onions?

This is the variety my local Poundland is selling- any opininions, please?

Afaik they're OK Caroline. Like Sturon but better?

I've grown Poundland Setton for the past 2 years and they have been fine.  I chose the bags with the bigger sets so you get fewer than Stuttgart their other variety.  But the Setton gave a good crop of solid medium/large onions so cant complain.

Thanks- I didn't buy them because some of them were sprouting but will look again next time.

I got some in from our local Poundalnd! - fingers crossed, haven't grown them before...
