Brilliant, i think this might be nice without the coco and maybe a few presoaked bits of fruit and served with custard like a spotted dick or even breaking up bits of left over chocolates and break a little bit into the sponge.

This looks like the perfect thing to make with my grand-daughter. She loves chocolate but anything dairy upsets her tummy. We'll make it with cocoa and her special milk, and she'll the taste of chocolate without the tummy ache-result!
I really must give this a try OH loves cake. Though he is not a bit fan of chocolate.
