I have used the tesco value, seems fine.

Also, keep the empty bottle, I use these with a 3inch round flowerpot and a tray of sand to make self watering devices for my seedlings.

You cannot beat Chinese Supermarkets. Eg See Woo in Greenwich and other addresses. Sorry I cannot quote exact prices but they are pennies compared to UK supermarkets, and known brands.

I make flavoured vinegars such as raspberry and blackberry for almost nothing and add them to salad dressings, gravies, casseroles, everything.
