Title: Can I freeze Nigella's clementine cake?
Post by: caroline7758 on December 11, 2011, 15:20:23
This is one of our favourite Christmas recipes, but has anyone tried freezing it?

I haven't tried Nigella's version but often do this one - http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/orangeandalmondcake_72383 - when I have gluten intolerant people to feed or need a simple cake or dessert.  It can be kept in the fridge but should be brought out an hour or two before serving.  There's never any left to need freezing.

It was more about wanting to make it ahead of time. :) But thanks for replying!
