Title: Interesting Site
Post by: Jayb on November 30, 2011, 16:37:20
Thought this was a lovely site, I've only explored parts of it so far but thought I'd share the link. First link is original in German http://www.ginsterfarm.ch/   or with google translate http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=de&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ginsterfarm.ch%2F

The have a lovely squash section with some I have not tried yet and lentils.  Not tried growing lentils, I wonder if I could.  Has anyone tried them in the UK?

I haven't got to the squashes yet, I'm still  lost in the peas and beans  ;D

Lentils can be grown (I haven't) although it seems the same as chickpeas, you have to grow lots to get much of a return.

What a spectacular renovation project of house and barn that was! Very daring of them but a beautiful result.

Had to laugh after reading the very last page of the problems with the contractors though! They must have been tearing their hair out waiting.

I'll have to take a look at the rest of the site- very interesting stuff! Thanks.
