Those of you that save your own seed potatoes, check them out as some of them have already started sprouting. This is the earliest that I have ever seen. Obviously the incredibly mild weather.

We've got some Desiree sprouting.
We've never saved our own seed but I have to say 2011 has been our best harvest yet, :)
