Title: Bush Beans
Post by: goodlife on November 19, 2011, 19:21:45
Other day I was going through some of my gardening books..and I spotted some growing advise for bush beans.."sow in groups of six, with 30 cm between groups"...or.."sow singly, allowing 15 cm between the plants".
I've always sown mine singly in modules or small pots and planted them with about 15 cm gaps between plants.
I was little surprised with the first option as those sounds like they get really squeezed in a rows.
Does anybody grow bush beans with multiple planting per pot?....does it work ok?..or do the plants end up falling all over the place?
Or how do you do yours?
