R I P. Sir Jimmy Saville.
Reminds me of a holiday we had in Jersey with friends when I was about 11 or 12 maybe, anyway our friends have downs syndrome son and we were both playing pool at this holiday camp we were staying at, when in walks Jimmy Saville, all the kids crowded round him trying to get autographs and that. He sees our friend and makes a beline for him, hello mate whats your name he says shaking his hand, well it bloody well made his day and probably year, the look on his face was a picture and the following year he only turned up again and made a beline for our friend again remembering his name and shaking his hand again, things like that stay with you in your memory, he'll be 50 in January, how time flies, thats about 35 years ago, anyway RIP Jimbo. ;)
Amazing story Kev :)
