Title: Weedkiller for brambles... nowhere near crops...
Post by: chriscross1966 on October 08, 2011, 22:52:20
I need to stop the brambles crowing in the small gap round my lower sheds at home... it's well away from any horticultural area and the "next door" is a scaffolding yard..... I want them dead adn I don't want them coming back... I'll cut them down this year but what can I spray next spring to get rid of them.... I don't mind spraying one a year in the future, but my plan is to concrete the area into submission too....

Roundup is excellent for brambles best applied when growing well in the spring.

Hope you don't mind me coming in on this thread. Will try Roundup on the few brambles behind my greenhouse. Would this also work on ivy? I have 3 lots of ivy which I am finding difficult to manage.
