Just payed or lottie fees we have two :) £12 each! am sure we payed more last year? but wont complain, some folk still complain its to much,we love it ;)the church own the land .
£12 sounds good. Mine is £48 for one and a half plots.
OAP rates for a half plot £7.50ish ;D.
Think we get £1 a plot off for being oap! I'd pay more if I had to ,we get veg, exercise ,and met lots of Lotty friends ,plus Aim on A4A getting lots of good advice, and give you something to do when you just retire, better than daytime telly ;D
I think most people would pay more, we would love another half plot but very little chance of that :(.
Ours are a tenner a plot and still people moan. They don't know how lucky they are.
£100 per year with water, manure and a skip for waste.
Land owned by a farmer and all plots taken.
That's alot of money to find any concessions,we don't have fencing and are on the public right of way,on live stock allowed, not allowed to sell any stuff even off site, and they don't en corage any get together barbies etc,but we still love it :D oh no burning.
£24 per plot x2. No rent rise this year as we underspent last year 8) 8)

Not sure about rent rises here as we pay at the end December.
No oap concessions as far as I know as I haven't got there (yet) - just retired early. ;)
I hope you're enjoying your early retirement Aden, couldn't you sleep :)?
£90 last year and waiting for the new bill to land on the carpet. Still only works out at less than £2 per week. Cheaper than the gym.
I think I need to get a gold card to get any reductions as an OAP, don't think we get it automatically.
Have a good day all. I'm off to Andover with the grandchildren to watch hawks ect flying.
Ours are 22p per square metre, my sister has just taken one on at 10.00 per week :o

I agree - despite the money (£48 for me) it's a good way to spend spare time - productive, enjoyable, interesting and healthy....and it lasts all year.
(Must get on with the clearing for winter). ;)
Our rent has stayed the same at £52 per year. Bargain! The site is run by the parish council.
I'm a little worried though - the signs up on the site state that invoices will be delivered at the end of September, and I've not had one yet. I'm slightly worried that they've kicked me out, but not told me ??? ??? :(

Perhaps you have a free year!! ;)
Give them a call and ask. I would.
£100 is a lot of money but if I put £1.92 a week into a jar I don't think I will miss it too much :)
It is that or staying on an endless waiting list dreaming of the day when I may get a lottie off the council.
I haven't heard anything on the grapevine about rents going up and news travels fast on our site so it may stay the same at £5.00 inc water.
£5 a year or week?
Sorry ducking behind the barricades £5.00 a year inc water :o :P
It's ok with me but I will not mention it to the members on our site ;D

Oh,..Llottieman did better than me..£5 a year here too but no water included..other than what does fall down from sky ::) ;) ;D
Is that for a full size plot lottieman ? Your only about 35 miles from me. It just goes to confirm what we've always known about Swindon council.
Hi Taurus that is a full plot as far as our site goes its roughly 40x30 feet all the plots on our site are different, people seem to dig what they need ie some have 2 feet paths others have up to 8 feet paths in between them and there neighbours its there choice.
